SKOTTSBERG® ogļu tērauda WOK pan ready is appreciate due to its special properties. The pan is coated with vegetable oil and acts as a non-stick pan. In addition, the bottom of the pan is 2,5mm thick, so that the pan bottom does not warp during heating. The pan handle is hollow and does not absorb heat from the pan.
